Not much is known right now but the latest news is that two British climbers fell yesterday (Friday 1st) whilst climbing the Frendo Spur. Â The names of the climbers are not yet known.
They were confirmed dead by the French mountain police yesterday afternoon but their bodies were not removed from the mountain due to a danger of melting snow late in the afternoon. Â Their bodies were to be collected this morning (saturday 2nd).
