Landing at the Courchevel landing strip is one of the most difficult places to land a plain. The pilot needs to be special trained not to mention a little crazy. Â The strip is built up-hill to help slow plains down over a shorter distance and was featured in one of the “Bond” movies.
There are other ways of getting to Courchevel, with us (Deluxe Transfers) or by helicopter. Â Incase of bad weather or fear of flying you are advised to take ground transport, it is only a few hours by car from Geneva airport.
