The story started this spring (2012) when Vincent Descols jumped and filmed his Wingsuit flight off Brevent, Chamonix. Â The result was a rush of Wingsuit pilots to Chamonix to fly this new exit being called one of the most technical ever.

With this rush of wingsuit pilots came the inevitable accidents and then unfortunately a death, at which point the local marie held an emergency meeting and decided to ban any form of base jumping from Brevent until further notice.
