Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or other illegal substances are strictly forbidden whilst travelling in any of our vehicles. Customers found to be under the influence of alcohol or other illegal substances will not be allowed to board any of our vehicles and the booking will be considered cancelled. If customers act in an aggressive or inappropriate manner Deluxe Transfers reserve the right to cancel the booking and customers will not be allowed to board the vehicle.
Any damage or cleaning required due to customers actions will be recovered at the time of repairing the damage or cleaning to the vehicle. A flat rate of 150 euros will be charged for a vehicle that needs to be internally cleaned.
Prices quotes are for the current calender year; Deluxe Transfers reserve the right to change the quoted price at any time.
We allow two bags per customer, one of which includes a ski/snowboard bag if travelling with more than this prior notice is required. Deluxe Transfers take special care and attention while loading and unloading baggage; however, Deluxe Transfers are not liable for any damage to property. Bags and all property carried on our vehicles are carried at the customer’s risk and should be insured accordingly. All baggage should be clearly marked with the customer’s name and address and address of accommodation while on holiday.
Customers who require child seats need to inform Deluxe Transfers before their arrival. Deluxe Transfers will need specific information concerning the child’s age and the type of seat required. Failure to inform Deluxe Transfers about child seats may result in your transfer being cancelled.
Whilst travelling in our vehicles, seat belts must be worn at all times.
Customers must inform Deluxe Transfers immediately of any delays that result in late arrival for an arranged pick up. Deluxe Transfers will wait for a maximum of one and a half hours, after this a charge of 25 Euros per hour will be charged. In the case that we need to leave the airport for another commitment Deluxe Transfers will attempt to make alternative arrangements; however, if we are unable to, the customer booking may be cancelled without a refund.
Your confirmation email is also your ticket. The ticket must be presented to your driver for both the outward and return trip.
Deluxe Transfers will make every effort to ensure that our vehicle is on time for both the pickup and the drop off at your destination. Deluxe Transfers will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of a delay due to causes beyond its control. Costs of missed flights or trains should be claimed by your travel insurance.
Transport may be provided in a vehicle that does not provide the same standard of comfort as advertised. This will only be done due to unforeseen circumstances and Deluxe Transfers will not be held liable for any costs involved. Alternative transport could be in the form of a Taxi or other transfer company vehicles.
Deluxe Transfers Terms and conditions are governed by French Law.
Failure of passengers to be at the agreed place at the agreed time could result in the transfer being cancelled. Deluxe Transfers will not be held responsible for any costs incurred under these circumstances.
For Private transfers, your driver will wait for 1hour 30min from your booked arrival time, after which time you will have missed your transfer. We do try and accommodate delays where possible and will not leave you stranded at the airport, however, extra costs may be incurred due to delayed flights and these will be payable by the client. By prior agreement the vehicle may be able to wait for your delayed flight at an additional cost of 25 Euros per hour payable to the driver, in other cases we may have to organise alternative transport with a different carrier, any additional costs incurred will be payable by the client.
Where Deluxe Transfers book transport or services provided by companies other than ourselves we do so as agents. Under these circumstances, passengers are subject to their terms and conditions.
In the event that Deluxe Transfers have been given an incorrect contact telephone number or mobile phones are not answered, we will not be held responsible for any costs resulting from this.
Transfers Private and Luxury are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to travel minus any administration fees incurred, after this no refund will be provided.
VIP transfers bookings are fully refundable if notification of the cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to the transfer date.
Less than 7 days prior to the transfer date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking cost.
Upon request, Deluxe Transfers will issue a letter of cancellation showing amounts paid by the client, which the client may present to their insurer.
When a client has a confirmed booking with Deluxe transfers and for any reason, the client does not utilise our service, Deluxe Transfers reserves the right to recover payment of the total booking cost from the client.
Any dispute between Deluxe Transfers and a third party, if not resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to a mediator. However, if mediation is unsuccessful, then the matter of the dispute will be referred to a formal litigation process through the French courts.
